Some women bleed more than others. If you are a heavy bleeder, than you should try the super absorbent tampons and also wear a darker swimsuit bottom ( in case of any accidents). Also, change your tampon more often to guard against any possible accidents. Like every 3 to 4 hours instead of 6.

If I were in a pageant I would probably manipulate my menstruation with birth control pills and make sure to stop taking them in time to have it before the competition. contestants in beauty pageants of high levels like state levels in US and miss world, miss universe etc are all on oral contraceptive pills because they sleep with all the influential men. beauty sells, sex sells.





thats how many of them get modeling, acting contracts.





once you enter a pageant there will be dozens of opportunities at your feet to sleep with men and take advantages

Of course tampons are enough you can wear a tampon for 6 - 8 hours no stains at all.
