What is the best wrinkle erasing beauty product ?
I am in my sixties. Don't won't to use Botox and can't afford ';work';. Feel intimidated when I see all the female movies stars in their 60's looking 30 years younger.

You need to use a good quality water based foam leather cleaner. With light coloured leather dye transfer from clothing can be a problem although using a good quality leather protector will help inhibit this. Black obviously does not show this problem.
DO NOT use anything containing oils, waxes or silicones. (Most 'conditioners' contain waxes or oils) and furniture polish contains silicones. Most car cleaners also contain oils or waxes so should not be used as they leave residues on the surface of the leather which attract more dirt which eventually leads to cracking.
BABY WIPES are the worst thing you can use as they will destroy the finish on your leather. They are very strong alkiline cleaners to neutralise urine (acid) on babys skin so they are not the right thing to use on leather.
Saddle soap is too harsh to use on todays leathers.
A lot of leather wipes contain chemicals which will also destroy the finish or leave residues on the leather which will damage it. They are not cheap in the long run as you would need a lot to clean. A bottle of foam cleaner should do your car about 3-4 times.
Fairy liquid contains more salt these days to get dishes clean and this will break the finish down on your leather. This has been verified by the manufacturers (as with the baby wipes).
You should also follow cleaning with a good water based leather protector which will act like a 'scotchgard' and inhibit dirt and stains from being absorbed and make cleaning easier the next time.
Dry leather needs rehydrating with water and oils and waxes should not be used as the natural oils do not dry out of leather. Wiping over with a damp cloth regularly will help to do this.
It is important to maintain a regular cleaning regime cleaning dirt off the surface regularly and inhibiting the absorption of body oils into the leather with a protector is the best way of doing this. The only 'moisturizer' a leather needs is from water.

for my eyes-i usually do black eyeliner all around, top bottom, under lids, and corners, then i do mascara, bottom and top. then i curl them, then i do another round of mascara. then for blemishes i put foundation all over my face then conselour on pimples, then i use cover girl powder do soften it all up. then with my lips i apply a shade of skin toned lip stick, with a coating of clear lip gloss, and then im all done, it takes me about 10 minutes.

We can calculate the width of the eyes, height of eye line compared to the face, position of the arch of an eyebrow and thus construct a more beautiful face.

We can ';see'; and study the fractal intricacies of nature.
But for some people, maths adds a beauty all of its own.

There is a certain beauty and elegance inherent in the mathematics itself.
Ask a university level group of mathematicians to prove Pythagoras' theorem and you will get a bunch of different answers. Most will be the same and mundane. Some will be messy and meandering. I am looking for pageants in western Pennsylvania or Eastern Ohio preferrably. My daughter is 3. I am looking for natural pageants, not the kind where the kids wear make-up and skimpy clothes. Everyone on here is saying, ';oh she is just a former beauty queen';. Why does this matter? Didn't she use that to pay for school? How does Palin being a former beauty contestant impact her being VP?
I would say that too if I was an Obama gusher, but since I'm not, I'll just say that Sarah Palin has more executive experience than Obama and Biden put together!

I have 1 that is ever so slightly raised and the other two are just like big freckles. I hate them SO much they make me feel ugly and un confident. Im almost 17, how much would it cost to have them revoed and how do you get them removed. (Im from West Yorkshire - UK)How much is it to have beauty marks removed?
If they make you self-conscious, you should have them removed. You should call a dermatologist and ask what the price is for a consultation. Usually at these consultations, the doctor will go ahead and remove the beauty mark if that is what you want. My daughter had one removed from her face and her dermatologist was so good that there isn't any scarring at all. My daughter's mark, which was raised, was removed very quickly and then the Dr. applied heat then a bandage for a day. She kept the spot clean and put antibacterial ointment on it, and later Mederma to reduce scarring. I have had freckles removed with a cold spray that burned them off (uncomfortable, but not painful). I am not sure if this is how all freckles are removed.
My advice: Go to a dermatologist, not a family doctor because you will be less likely to have a scar. A family Dr. is more inclined to think you should keep them. In addition, the dermatologist does so many removals of this kind, it shouldn't even be painful...they have a numbing shot and that little pinch should be all you feel.

Just curious some of mine are applying lip gloss on the apples of your cheeks and smearing it in gives you a fresh looking glow. Also, twisting sections of your hair after a shower and pinning it up while you sleep can give you perfect curls in the morning!

One of my favorite tips is gently exfoliating my lips with my toothbrush and a bit of water. It gets rid of dry skin on your lips and gives you a smoother application of lipstick or lip gloss. Also, applying white eyeshadow to the inside corners of your eyes makes them look more open and bright.

Note the reactions of the other students to this girl as well. You could arrange with the teacher before class that these two girls are going to come in and hand the teacher a note and then leave the room right after you get up to do your speech. If you are unable to find a couple of friends to do this then just use pictures for the same effect.
One thought is to compare how teens dressed in the 50s compared to how they dress today. In the 50s, television wasn't the influence that it is today and role models weren't just celebrities, but also people who had reached great achievements and success in their lives, ie scientists, politicians, business owners.

How do you get wax (the kind of wax used in a beauty salon) out of a silk top?
At the beauty salon, as the beautician was waxing my legs some wax flew up onto my silk top. I took it to the dry cleaners who said that it was unlikely they would be able to get the stain out. They suggested soaking the top in cold water for one hour. I tried it but it didn't work. What is your opinion of beauty pageants for children, teenagers and adults?
I despise them all together.
Children- most of the time it's an overweight mother who is living vicariously through her daughter and it's sickening because they paint their daughters up like a street walking whore.
Teenager- I'm a teenager and this puts a ton of pressure on me because if I'm not able to live up to these perfect standards that are displayed, I'm considered not good enough.

Because, children don't really know about all of the work and the time and effort that goes into becoming a beauty queen, and even if they do realize some small part of it, when will they actually get to enjoy being a kid? I think that teens should be able to decide on weither or not they want to be contestants, because they do understand the responsibilities that come with being a beauty queen, yet you are right, WAY too much pressure for a teen.

I have a pretty pale completion and a beauty mark on my chin. It's flush with my face, no bump. :) And no, it's not a mole.

Girls usually stop growing by the time they're 16, so you probably will not get any taller, but 5' 10'; is tall enough. It really depends on what kind of modeling you want to do. If you want to be a runway model, you don't have to have a really pretty face, just a skinny body and an ability to walk well in high heels. If you want to do modeling for stores like American Eagle, you have to have a slender body, but not skinny and a pretty face. You sound like the model type. But you'll never know unless you get out there and try! Take some modeling classes (trust me they help!). You're tall enough for runway so you should definitely consider runway classes and a few posing classes. After you have some training under your belt go out and audition for different agencies. You just have to be ready to invest in your modeling, comp cards and your first photoshoot can get pretty expensive, but your agency should cover most of the expences. So check out some places on line and get going!

What are your best 5 beauty tips for the summer?

The best summer beauty tips I can give you is:
1. Get a moisturizer with at least an SPF of 15 this way you will not look dry, this wil give you a glow.
2. Your second best friend will be your highlighter, apply it to the cheekbone, bridge of nose, chin, little on the forehead and you will be GLOWING :). You can also use your highlighter on you eyelids just to add a sparkle.
3. It's important you get a lip product that is long-lasting such as L'oreal has lip Infallible Lip which is great, just lightly apply and you will look gorgeous even in the pool.
4. If you have skin problems such as acne etc, it's really improtant that you just get a good acne treatment such as Neutrogena visibly clear wash and face mask; it's cheap and really helps with acne. This way you don't have to where foundation but if acne trreatment wasn't to work get a good powder (Dream Matte Powder from Maybelline) and this way you will have coverage without your make-up melting.
5. Lastly, the main tip for summer is wateproof mascara, the market has many good ones just read reviews on them, if you have dark, thick lashes it is always bes to just curl your lashes and add clear lash mascara. It really works wonders ;)

What has happened to classic beauty and senuality ?
Why do women fill the need to objectify themselves in many different ways? It was once a custom to be a lady, to dress like one and act like one. Young women not only dress but act so very inapropriate these days. What happend to women being sensual and sexy with her clothes on. I mean do we really have to show off our goods, its not like men don't know they exist.
We wonder why many men have taken up the approach of viewing women as sexual objects. Women walk around like Playboy adds all day. How do women truly expect a man to respect you when you have all your womenly goods hanging out for display. Now I'm not saying not to be senual in your behavior. However, there is a big differnce between being sensual and down right trashy. Sexuality and sensuality is a state of mind, I think this generation has no idea what that means.

I think most of it is a self esteem issue, some people feel the absolute need to be wanted, liked and loved, I think there deprived of that which is why they go to extreme measures of acting and dressing trashy. Amen sister! I never wear revealing clothing. The only ';skimpy'; clothes I own are shorts and skirts and shirts that I wear when its hot and a bikini. I like to be comfortable and if guys think I look good in what I wear then good for them(alot do) I've noticed that I dont have to wear trashy clothing to get guys to look at me. Girls need to stop trying so hard to show off everything they've got. What happened to making guys use their imaginations?

Once a women gets into her twenties she should not walk but run to the plastic surgeons office and get at least a facelift, tummy tuck, botox, collegen, brest impants, and probably get liposuction and use all the fat that she got from that and put it into her butt! Hahaha just kidding.

There was no materials to make nylon stockings, so women stopped wearing stockings and started shaving instead. THey just continued shaving after the war. Red lips came from victorian times. First of all, consider yourself lucky that you have found someone that takes pride in their appearance and takes care of themselves. Like any part of a relationship ';honesty is the best policy';. Look her in the eye and tell her the same way that you told us. Your tone of voice will have more impact that what you actually say. By the way, due to changes in lighting conditions, expect her (and most women) to wear more make up at night. That part is normal.
If you want to be more subtle, give her a day at a spa, complete with a makeover. It will take all of the pressure off of you and give her a professional consultation at the same time.

Regardless of what you say her feelings will be hurt. You have to realize you've felt this way for awhile and you're just now telling her. What about her friends and family, they should have told her a long time ago. Well the only way to tell her is to just come out and say it tactfully. Tell her that she is a very beautiful woman and that she doesn't need to wear make-up. I personally don't wear much make-up, I only wear lip gloss and lip liner. Maybe you can take a picture of her without the make-up and then take a picture with the over-the-top-makeup and show her the difference. Maybe she's wearing the make-up because she feels insecure about her looks. It's one thing to have someone tell you you are beautiful but you must know it yourself.

There are a couple things you can try. When you see her with the small amount of make up on (which you like), tell her that she looks ';gorgeous'; or something that will flatter her. Every time you see her like that make sure you tell her something special. Eventually she will get the hint that you like her makeup that way. Girls pick up the 'hint' pretty easily. Or, if she ever asks for your opinion tell her the way that she did it last time (referring to the light make up). Hope this helps.

Regardless of what you say her feelings will be hurt. You have to realize you've felt this way for awhile and you're just now telling her. What about her friends and family, they should have told her a long time ago. Well the only way to tell her is to just come out and say it tactfully. Tell her that she is a very beautiful woman and that she doesn't need to wear make-up. I personally don't wear much make-up, I only wear lip gloss and lip liner. Maybe you can take a picture of her without the make-up and then take a picture with the over-the-top-makeup and show her the difference. Maybe she's wearing the make-up because she feels insecure about her looks. It's one thing to have someone tell you you are beautiful but you must know it yourself.
Tell her exactly what you just told me - she'll be more appreciative of the honesty then if you were to just keep saying ';ehh, you look great tonight'; when you half mean it.
Step lightly is the only advice I can give you mate.

There are a couple things you can try. When you see her with the small amount of make up on (which you like), tell her that she looks ';gorgeous'; or something that will flatter her. Every time you see her like that make sure you tell her something special. Eventually she will get the hint that you like her makeup that way. Girls pick up the 'hint' pretty easily. Or, if she ever asks for your opinion tell her the way that she did it last time (referring to the light make up). Hope this helps.

I'm not a big fan of beauty pagents in general. But if you are going for pure beauty, I feel that most women look a lot better in understated makeup, smoother hair, and less gaudy clothing. Honey mask. I swear by it! Al you do is steam your face and smear on some honey. Wait for 5-10 minutes and wash off with St Ives Scrub.
Also, I heard that a carrot juice, cucumber juice and lemon juice applied to face helps brighten it.
It does actually work by giving your skin some Vitamins. Just put a carrot in a juicer, and put the juice in a small cup, now put cucumber in juicer and put with carrot juice in cup, now just add a small amount of lemon juice. Mix together and apply on face, you will need to leave for a few minutes, then rinse off, later on just make a batch of cucumber juice and use after cleansing and all.
I also love Jurlique products, they smell lovely and are organic, makes you feel refreshed. If you are concerned with wrinkles, try the wrinkle softening mask.
I also love this mask I use made from rose and honey. You just put some honey into a bowl. Now, pick some fresh rose petals (pick lots because you will need lots. Now, put the petals into a blender (or juicer), you need to get the water form the petals, now add the juice form the rose and the chopped up petals and put them into the bowl with the honey. Mix and apply to face. Leave for a 30minutes, this is a ultra pampering mask so leave it for spa time.
Oatmeal and honey is also very good for a face mask.
But I love to mix lots of fresh rose petals and slices of cucumber in a blender and apply to face, leave for 15 minutes, and rinse off. This is a refreshing, hydrating, brightening and softening mask.
