What is the best beauty product for laugh lines?

I already tried L'Oreal's Wrinkle De Crease Collagen Filler. It worked very well for the first four months. Now, my laugh lines look almost as bad as they did before. I really want to reduce them and don't have a lot of money to spend. :/ Any suggestions? What is the best beauty product for laugh lines?
