How do I find connected, professional people that rep multiple high-end beauty products to salons and spas?

I am an entrepreneur with an exciting product/service for salons and spas. I am looking for reps that sell mulitple high-end beauty products to take on our line.

When I have jobs I need to get done I post ads in local newspapers, occasionally craigslist. I generally get a good response.
